| Professional Memberships |
Annual dues paid for American Academy of Family Physicians, Wyoming Academy of Family Physicians, Wyoming and Laramie County Medical Societies. Will reimburse WY licensure, WY Board of Pharmacy and DEA registration fees. Also, Step III fee reimbursed. |
