Moving Expense Up to $3,000 for reimbursable moving expenses
Vacation 3 weeks annually (15 working days)
CME Meetings PGY 2--5 days (maximum $1,250/year)
PGY 3--5 days (maximum $1,250/year)
Sick Leave 12 working days annually
Maternity/Paternity Leave 6 weeks (30 working days)
Night Call PGY 1 averages every 9th (~38 in-housecalls/year)
PGY 2 averages every 10th (~34 in-housecalls/year)
PGY 3 No in-house call
Faculty Six full-time board certified family physicians, all doing OB,  two full-time Pharm.D., a full-time Rheumatologist, a full-time General Surgeon, a full-time Social Worker a part-time Psychologist and a part-time Geriatrician
Flexible Benefit Plan Pre-tax deduction to medical reimbursement and/or dependent care accounts
Health Insurance Excellent group plan with family coverage available at reasonable cost
Dental Insurance Preventive and optional coverage available for employee and family
Vision Care Available for employee and dependents with minimal co-pay.
Professional Liability Insurance Coverage is provided for all actions during residency training. (Moonlighting is not covered. Sites must provide physician coverage.)
Life Insurance $50,000 benefit plus $20,000 for accidental death and dismemberment.  Additional coverage available for family.
Disability Insurance Long-term disability provided (66.66% of monthly salary)
Retirement Benefits University contributes additional 11.25% of salary to retirement fund.
Loan Program Low-interest emergency loans for up to $2,000 per year are available.
Meals On-call meals at hospital & lunches at the noon conferences are provided.
Fitness Center

Free membership to local health club for residents and family members.

Research Research opportunities available, but not required.  Funding available for presentations.
Library Medical library in the Family Medicine Residency with full-time medical librarian. Up-to-date text and journal collection with computerized search and retrieval capabilities are available.
The residents have access to a host of care provider tools and databases through WWAMI and the University of Washington School of Medicine, such as UpToDate and MDConsult.
Family Medicine Center Modern facility with more than 40 support staff members. Computerized system including medical records to aid in providing quality patient care and outstanding educational environment.
Professional Memberships Annual dues paid for American Academy of Family Physicians, Wyoming Academy of Family Physicians, Wyoming and Laramie County Medical Societies. Will reimburse WY licensure, WY Board of Pharmacy and DEA registration fees. Also, Step III fee reimbursed.
Tuition Benefits Tuition benefits are available to residents and family members
Miscellaneous Benefits Blackberry Cell phones, University of Wyoming athletic tickets, UW Library use, $20 contribution to deferred compensation or supplemental retirement
