Application Deadlines

Applicant Interview Dates

  • Doctoral Interview Date: TBA with individual applicants.
    An on-campus interview is highly encouraged but not required. We hope that you have a chance to visit with us in person sometime before the interview which we can then conduct via phone or videoconferencing.
  • Master’s Group Interview Date for the Laramie cohort: February 22, 2008.
    All applicants with files completed by January 15 are automatically invited to the group interview day in Laramie, 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. If unable to attend the Group Interview Day, applicants must submit GRE scores to be considered for admission. Otherwise, GRE scores are NOT required. Teaching certificates and teaching experience are NOT required for those planning to become professional school counselors. Our Laramie program is a nationally accredited, 2-year program with classes beginning in June for those newly admitted.
  • Master’s Information Session for those who may apply to join the next Casper, UW/CC cohort: October 20, 2007 at the Outreach School in Casper. Please email Renee Woodard, woodward@uwyo.edu, to receive information.
