Gearing up
In the fall of 2009, English 1010 instructors will draw on selected readings from the main textbook for the freshman writing course, titled This is NOT an English Book. Written assignments will ask students to draw connections between articles and book excerpts that discuss everything from innovative office designs to foreign aid issues. (UWphoto)
