All other events are general UW and Laramie community events, as well as events with an additional
admission fee.

Legends of Laramie Mobile Interactive Tour
Go on a mobile interactive adventure and experience pioneers,
outlaws, and vigilantes. At each of the 15 locations, you'll view a video,

Eat dinner and experience your student's great dining selections
at Washakie Dining Center while getting to know your student's
friends and their families. Washakie Dining Center features a
marketplace type dining and is the centerpiece of the residential
dining program on the UW campus. There are eight serving platforms
placed throughout the dining center and allows for personalization of
individual dishes and preparation of food right before your eyes.
Additionally, the Washakie Dining Center offers vegetarian menu
items on a daily basis. FREE with Family Weekend ID!

209 S. 2nd Street. We will make a variety of our stores favorite
recipes from the past classes, ending with a cake recipe that dates
back to 1883, (the same year our building was built.) Space is

Concert: The Dear Hunter (presented by Friday Night Fever)
An Indie rock band originating in Providence, Rhode Island. They
began as a side project of Casey Crescenzo, formally of The Receiving
End of Sirens. The band's sound features a wide variety of
instruments and styles. Doors open at 7:00 pm. FREE!

Browse the Cowboy Parents Silent Auction. There is sure to be
something that fits everyone's taste. All proceeds support the Cowboy
Parents Student Emergency Fund and other Cowboy Parents'
programs. The auction will close promptly at 1:00 pm and winning
bidders can pay and pick up their items between 1:00 pm and
1:30 pm. Cash or check will be the required method of payment.

Edward Ivinson Walking Tour of Downtown Laramie
Led by Ivinson historian, Kim Viner. Stops include the Ivinson grocery
store, bank and buildings along 2nd and Ivinson. Starts at the Main
Street office at 207 Grand Ave. $10 suggested donation will benefit
the Laramie Plains Museum and their work to preserve the Ivinson

Vedauwoo Hike: "Land of the Earthborn Spirit"
Enjoy a 3.2 mile scenic hike on easy trails through beautiful Wyoming
terrain and rock formations. Transportation, snacks, and water will be
provided. Bring comfortable clothes and shoes. $15 registration fee.
Space is limited. Pre-registration is required  through the online
Family Weekend registration form.
