IT's development of a Single Sign-On service through WyoWeb affects the course-title link in your Course Sites list (in the My Courses channel).  If you request an eCompanion site, its provisioning with students, as the last step of the setup process, switches that course-title link to the eCollege/eCompanion server.

Some of you, however, still want to use both eCollege/eCompanion and Course Studio websites. You can do so by directing the course-title link to your Course Studio site (which still exists) in the "Other" option of the "Set Course Homepage" window, and reaching your eCollege/eCompanion website through the direct server URL, http://ecampus.uwyo.edu. 

To link to the Course Studio site even after an eCompanion site is active:  You will need to compose a URL that contains your course's 5-digit CRN, followed by a dot, followed by the 6-digit term, which can be found in the "Set Course Homepage" window itself, at the top.  The 6-digit term for Fall 2012, for example, is 201310.

Select the "Other" option and, in the blank field, paste or type the following URL, substituting your course's own CRN and term (as described above) in place of the ccccc and the tttttt.

The system's decision process, trying to determine what you intend, may reset the course-title link itself.  Please call us if you need help.
