Teaching & Learning Series
The Ellbogen Center for Teaching and Learning is pleased to offer seminars designed to fulfill the departmental teaching requirement for graduate assistants with first-time teaching responsibilities. All graduate students are welcome and encouraged to attend any of our sessions.
Many departments require first-time GAs to attend at least three sessions. CLICK HERE to see if your department requires you to attend three seminars. Attendance is taken at each session and reported to the department at the end of the semester. Registration is required for each seminar. Light meals are provided at all sessions unless otherwise noted. Your registration assists us with meal planning. We are happy to provide accommodations for those who have special needs. Please call 766-4847 or email us at ellbogenctl@uwyo.edu to assist with planning. Unforeseen circumstances may result in schedule changes. We will do our best to notify participants ahead of time if we have to cancel or reschedule an event.
Please evaluate the sessions you attend by submitting the Session Evaluation Form. Thank you.

This session will focus on ways that instructors can design assignments that teach students about this important topic, as well as reduce the opportunity for plagiarism to occur, whether accidentally or intentionally.
