Adina graduated from the University of Wyoming with a B.A. in Elementary Education and an endorsement in Early Childhood Education. During her teaching career Adina has taught Pre-K through 6th grade. This includes being a classroom teacher, technology facilitator and a home visitor. She has taught in Lincoln, NE, Gillette, WY and Casper, WY before coming to Laramie. During this time Adina also obtained a certificate in Early Childhood Mental Health through the University of Wyoming.
Adina thoroughly enjoys working with young children and their families. She strives to build strong relationships with each child and their family. She also works to ensure the children build meaningful relationships with each other. She works hard to ensure each child has a rich education full of authentic and rich learning experiences. Adina wants her students to take ownership of their learning and plans activities and experiences based on the children’s interests.
Outside of school, Adina enjoys camping, hiking and fishing. She also enjoys spending time with her family and cheering on the Pokes.
