Heather Duncan is an assistant professor in the Department of Professional Studies, Educational Leadership Programs at the University of Wyoming. She has been a high school principal and department head and has extensive experience in curriculum development and evaluation in science education. She received an Ph.D. in educational adminstration from the University of Saskatchewan (Canada). Heather's research interests are in the areas of online education, adult learning, and program evaluation.
