Patsy started working in Educational Leadership on September 17, 2001. She is a native Iowan who moved to Wyoming in 1987, then lived in Spearfish, SD from 1995 until she moved to Laramie in September 2001. She has over 30 years of secretarial, accounting and computer experience. Her roles include student assistance, office management, record maintenance and providing information.
