To transfer and ship select agents you must contact and obtain a signed permit from the Responsible Official or Alternate Responsible Official for select agents.

Responsible Official:  Mark Collins, Associate Vice President of Administration.  Appointment and CDC Approval in progress

Alternate Responsible Official:  Madeline Dalrymple, Biological Safety Specialist.
