BIO: Kali Fajardo-Anstine is a first year MFA student from Denver, Colorado. Her stories have appeared in Bellevue Literary Review, Acentos Review, and the anthology Other Tongues: Mixed-Race Women Speak Out. She was recently awarded a Hedgebrook Residency on Whidbey Island for women authoring change. Among other things, she has held jobs as an advice columnist and independent bookseller.
