Nina McConigley, a lecturer in the University of Wyoming’s Department of English, will speak about her book, “Cowboys and East Indians,” Thursday, Nov. 21, at 7:30 p.m. in Room 506 of Coe Library. A reception and book signing will follow the free, public event.
