1.      Listen and speak with respect and do not interrupt other people.

2.      Confront respectfully (you can be hard on ideas as long as you are

courteous to people).

3.      Please refrain from side-bar conversations during the plenary sessions and in the breakout groups.

4.      Questions and comments from observers will be taken at specified times on the agenda.

5.      Observers may attend breakout sessions but we ask that observers hold questions and comments for scheduled times during the plenary sessions.
