Size: 25-35 mm.
General distribution: Arizona.
Distribution in New Mexico: Not known from the state but likely to occur in NM; common in Arizona.
Habitat: Weedy areas.
Host: Bushes, some crops.
Adults Present: May-November.
Notes: Similar to herbaceus but furculae narrower, color darker and tibiae deeper blue. Sometimes destructive to crops.
