Mission Statement

The University of Wyoming Facilities Planning Office is a dynamic office dedicated to the planning and managing of university facilities by providing a quality environment in support of teaching, research and outreach.

The University Facilities Planning Office values:

The purpose of the University Facilities Planning Office is to assure excellence through systematic and responsible planning; to guide and sustain the development of campus and properties; and manage the development and renovation of university facilities. The University Facilities Planning Office will utilize sound professional practice that is in keeping with the regulatory and procedural requirements of the university, the state of Wyoming and other governing agencies. The management of facilities will provide effective utilization in response to university and department missions, including classroom and space allocation, and energy and real property efficiencies.
