Art Intensive

We invite you and your recommended finest students to be part of the 2012

 

University of Wyoming Art Intensive

February 10 & 11, 2012

 

This year's Art Intensive (in the brand new UW Visual Arts Building!!!) will consist of focused, intensive workshops in the areas of Graphic Design, Ceramics, Printmaking, Foundations, Sculpture, Painting, Drawing, and Metalsmithing, and is designed for outstanding high school students with a strong interest in Art.  In addition to studio work, we will also be featuring an Art History component this year in the form of a one-hour morning lecture that will precede studio work for all students! 

 

The cost for the Art Intensive, including meals and materials, is only $30.00 per student.  You are responsible for the procurement of your own lodging.  Meals will include lunch and dinner on Friday, as well as lunch on Saturday.  Registration will commence at 8:00am Friday, February 10, in the Lobby of the NEW Visual Arts Building on the University of Wyoming Campus (just east of the UW Art Museum).  Registration Deadline: January 27, 2012!!!!  You will be invoiced for your student registrations upon successful completion of online registration.  Detailed registration instructions are including in this packet!
