| Fall 2003--
Part-time club member Stephen Grace will have a novel, Under
Cottonwoods, published by The Lyons Press in February 2004. Under
Cottonwoods is a lyrical novel of two Wyoming friends who are drawn
together by their love of fly fishing and the outdoors. Stephen indicates that a portion of the proceeds from the book will be
donated to Splore, a nonprofit group based in Salt Lake City that provides
outdoor recreation to people with disabilities, including fly-fishing
trips on the Green River below Flaming Gorge. Much of the inspiration for
the novel was provided during just such a trip. |
