The Rocky Mountain Power Foundation awarded $50,000 to the University of Wyoming during
the past fiscal year for education and research programs and for scholarships for
entering freshmen from Wyoming communities.
Rocky Mountain Power and the Rocky Mountain Power Foundation have gifted a total of
$844,320 to UW throughout the years.
“We are pleased to be able to provide scholarships to 11 outstanding freshmen at the
University of Wyoming with this donation from our foundation,” said Leslie Blythe,
Rocky Mountain Power regional business manager. “Wyoming’s future is in good hands
with such stellar young people as these studying at the University of Wyoming.”
The grant and additional funding support other campus programs as well, including
