The Student Financial Operations office is the department with administrative responsibility for your short-term emergency student loans.  This office receives, approves, and processes the applications; makes money disbursements; sets loan terms and payment schedules; handles the collection of payments; and maintains loan records.

In addition, this office also secures the notes, maintains the file, and administers the due diligence in collection, deferring, postponing, and cancellations on your Federal Perkins Loans, the State Superior Student in Education Loans, and the State Medical Contract Program (WWAMI) Loans.
