Andara Frasier joined the legal staff of the University of Wyoming in 2016 as Legal Assistant. She assists with the day to day operations of the legal office.

She previously spent two years as a legal intern for the Office of General Counsel. Andara is an Oregon native and graduated from the University of Wyoming College of Law dual degree program in 2015 with degrees in law and public administration. She is a licensed attorney in the State of Wyoming.
