Subpoenas


 

Subpoena – a judicial order requiring a person to appear in court and to give testimony with respect to a dispute before the court.

Subpoena duces tecum – a judicial order requiring a person to bring all documents in her possession that pertain to the matter in dispute to the court.

If you receive a subpoena in your capacity as faculty or staff at the University of Wyoming, please contact the Office of General Counsel immediately for further instruction.
