Trustee Bylaws

BYLAWS OF THE TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF WYOMING

The ByLaws of the Trustees were adopted pursuant to authority granted to the Trustees by the Wyoming Legislature and in accordance with the Wyoming Constitution. The ByLaws are about the Trustees and how the Trustees organize and carry out their meetings. Additionally, the existence of Trustee Regulations is established and the appointment of President of the University and his/her authority is set forth.
