New Regulatory Structure

 New Regulatory Structure

On July 17, 2008, the Board of Trustees adaopted a new regulatory structure. Former Trustee Regulations and University Regulations (UniRegs) have been combined into a single set of regulations called UW Regulations (UW Regs). Only the UW Board of Trustees may create new, amend or repeal UW Regs. Information Circulars have become Presidential Directives. Only the UW President may create new, amend or repeal Presidential Directives. Any questions about the new format should be directed to the Office of General Counsel: baker@uwyo.edu
