Girl Mothers' Voices

"We were idle, had nothing to do after the war. We were wayward, but now with the intervention of the PAR, there is a big change in our lives.

"Before now I would roam aimlessly in the community and be idle. That's how my neighbors saw me. But now I'm active and so my neighbors began to respect me. My neighbors used to just say I would get pregnant again. But now that I braid hair, I have something good to do. And I'm very good at hair so I am the envy of people! They are so surprised to see how well engaged I am."
