JOHN ALLEN is professor emeritus and former chair of the Department of Geography at UW. John who grew up in Laramie, Cody, and Wheatland earned his BA degree in International Affairs (Political Science and Geography double major) and his MA in Political Science from UW and his Ph.D. in Geography from Clark University. He had a distinguished career as a faculty member and administrator at UCONN and returned to UW in 2000 to head the Department of Geography for seven years.

TANJA BORZEL is a professor of political science and holds the chair for European Integration at the Free University of Berlin. She holds a PhD from the European University Institute, Florence, Italy.

KIM LOVE is president and general manager for Sheridan Media and the host for KROE’s Public Pulse news show. Kim purchased AM 930 KROE in 1974, and since then it has been a steadily expanding business as part of Lovcom, Inc.

THOMAS RISSE is professor of international relations at the Otto Suhr Institute of Political Science at the Freie Universität Berlin. He holds a PhD from the University of Frankfurt.

LAURENT ROUX is CEO at Gallatin Wealth Management in Jackson, WY. He serves families worldwide in the fields of strategic wealth management, family wealth advising, family office construction and operations, as well as international asset management. Laurent holds a JD degree from California Western School of Law in San Diego, received a BA from the University of Colorado with majors in History and Political Science, and attended the Graduate Institute of International Studies Masters program in Geneva.

CHRISTOPHER SPEAR  is President and CEO of the American Trucking Associations and a specialist with over two decades of experience on five continents serving the transportation, energy and defense technology sectors.  Previously, he served as Vice President of Government Affairs for Hyundai Motor Company, and senior positions with Honeywell International. Chris, originally from Auburn, Nebraska, graduated from UW in 1992 with a BS in Political Science and again in 1995 with a Master of Public Administration.

MICHELLE SPEAR heads an interior design business in McLean, Virginia. Michelle, originally from Dalton, Nebraska, graduated from UW in 1992 with a BS in Political Science.

MARC WALL is a senior fellow with the Center for Global Studies and previously served as the senior visiting scholar in global studies for 2013-14. As a nearly 40 year veteran of the U.S. State Department, Wall has held posts including U.S. Ambassador to Chad, and advisor to the United States Pacific Command in Hawaii in addition to coordinating reconstruction programs in Iraq and managing trade initiatives with Japan, China, and Taiwan. Wall received his bachelor’s degree with honors in European history at Princeton University and his Master of Arts at Columbia University’s School of International Affairs.
