Dr. Temple Stoellinger is the Deputy Director of the Center for Law and Energy Resources and and Adjunct Professor at the Haub School of Environment and Natural Resources. She is also co-director of the Center for Law and Energy Resources in the Rockies. Previously, Temple served as the natural resource attorney for the Wyoming County Commissioners Association (WCCA). In this role she provided legal advice and engaged in litigation on issues pertaining to energy and natural resource law on behalf of the boards of county commissioners in Wyoming’s 23 counties. Prior to working for the WCCA, she worked in the Projects and Technology Legal Department for Shell, International B.V. at their world headquarters in the Netherlands. Temple holds a JD from the University of Wyoming.
