Graduate minor in Environment and Natural Resources (ENR)

The graduate minor in ENR is designed for PhD students, though it also works for masters students. You’ll take ENR core courses to gain an interdisciplinary perspective and problem-solving approaches for environmental and natural resource challenges. You will also choose elective courses to explore such fields as environmental law and policy, environmental science, or human dimensions of natural resources.

The graduate minor in ENR emphasizes:

        • Learning across disciplines

        • Environmental assessment

        • Collaborative problem-solving


Courses

The graduate minor in ENR requires 12 credit hours of coursework. You’ll take 6 credits of ENR core courses to learn how to assess and problem solve for natural resource challenges. You’ll also take 6 credits of electives in fields different from your primary area of study. Click below to view the course plan.
