150th Anniversary of Yellowstone Symposium

Thank you for planning to attend this historic event to explore the goals, successes, and shortcomings of the park over the past 150 years, and look to the future to examine key issues it now faces.

Rates do NOT include the 11% lodging tax. 

Reservations

Attendees will be REQUIRED to use the following booking codes to ensure placement to the correct block at the correct rates.

* It is very important to specify you wish to stay at Best Western "Sunset Inn," as this number will ring to Premier Ivy Inn & Suites while the Sunset Inn is closed for the season. 

**ONLY the Comfort Inn includes a deluxe continental breakfast from 6:00- 10:00 a.m. in the fall/winter/spring.

 

Reservation Deadlines

Reserve rooms at Holiday Inn, Comfort Inn, and Buffalo Bill Village by April 20th. Reserve Best Western Sunset Inn by May 4th. All hotels will honor the symposium flat rate after the reserve-by date, but availability cannot be guaranteed. 

Check-In/Check-Out

Check-In is NOT allowed prior to 3 pm; Check-Out is REQUIRED prior to 11 am. Those guests requiring an early check-in/late check-out will be accommodated based on availability at the time of the request. Check-out after 1 pm will be subject to an additional night’s lodging.

Come early, stay late

Rates quoted below will be extended two (2) days prior and two (2) days after this event to accommodate the travel needs of its attendees, pending availability at the time of reservation.

Cancellation

Individual cancellations are required seventy-two (72) hours in advance of 6 pm day of arrival. Rooms canceled after that time will be assessed a one-night room rate cancellation fee.
