Welcome to the CRHRE

Welcome to the Center for Rural Health Research and Education (CRHRE, pronounced "share") Web site. A unit of the UW College of Health Sciences, the CRHRE's mission is to provide tools, technology, and support services that enable practitioners, administrators, educators, researchers, policy makers, and students to improve the quality of health care and services in rural areas of Wyoming.

The CRHRE is recognized throughout Wyoming as a leader in using technology to support health care, and it is the aspiration of the CRHRE to further develop experiences in this area by increasing the development and deployment of technology throughout the State's health care community. The CRHRE's main functions are (1) to provide expertise and services to the College, University, and State for technology in health research and education, and (2) to create strategic partnerships in support of decision making and policy development in the area of rural health care, particularly with regard to technology.

Please feel free to contact us if you have questions or comments about this important work.
