Tyler Fall

Tyler Fall (Coordinator of Freshman Colloquium Courses) is an academic lecturer and Professor in the Religious Studies department of the University of Wyoming. After earning his Bachelor of Arts degree from Mary Washington College, his Master of Arts from the University of Oregon, then his Master of Fine Arts from the University of Wyoming, he remained here as an academic lecture. On campus and off, he is regarded as a man with immense character and passion, and such traits are reflected with his reception of the Ellbogen Meritorious Classroom Teaching Award in 2015, for which he was the third recipient of all time. His tangible merits continue with his most recent honor, the Arts and Sciences Extraordinary Merit in Teaching Award of 2017, as well as being a P.I.E. Recipient (Promoting Intellectual Engagement Award) for seven years running (2010-2017). Fall has worked in Honors for the upwards of four years, and has taught such classes as First-year Colloquium, Modern China, and Religion and Unbelief. His interactive style of seminar provides a unique and interactive discussion regarding Inquisitive Theology.
