Instructions for Diversity Self-Identification- Current UW Employees

To access the diversity self-identification screens, enter PeopleSoft HRMS-Employee Self-Service (accessed through WyoWeb.)  Once in Self-Service, click on Personal Information.  From there, you can enter Ethnic Groups, Veterans Status, and/or Disability and voluntarily self-identify.  This is a confidential process and all information will be maintained separately from employment records.  Declining to participate will not result in any adverse action.  For questions, please call 766-5608.

An inclusive workplace is achieved and sustained by seeking a diversity of people and perspectives, valuing our differences and ensuring equitable opportunities.  To that end, the Department of Human Resources is guided by the ideas of diversity, inclusion and equity.

HR further supports a climate of integrity and equity that actively reflects open, respectful dialog.  All employees of the University of Wyoming therefore have a responsibility to treat others with dignity and respect.

Employees or applicants for employment who believe they have been subjected to any kind of discrimination that conflicts with the Department of Human Resources’ herein diversity statement and commitment should seek assistance from a University supervisor or an HR representative.
