Training Opportunities

The HR training team supports the mission of the University of Wyoming by designing and providing high quality, state of the art, opportunities for staff learning and professional development. Our current course offerings are listed below.


HELP (Human Resources Employment Law and Policies)

    Human Resources has launched a new supervisor training program called HELP. Our online HELP instructional module can be accessed by clicking here, and is open to any employee. To learn more about the HELP discussion session and find out when the next session is, please visit this page.

STEP (Staff Training and Enrichment Program)

    Human Resources, in conjunction with Staff Senate, will be launching a new staff training program called STEP. STEP is a training and enrichment program available to UW staff. You must submit an application for participation with your supervisor’s approval. Applications will be due January 31st. To learn more about STEP, please visit this page.

UW Leadership Academy

    UW Leadership Academy is an opportunity for the personal growth of individuals with recognized potential to further the University’s commitment to integrity, scholarship, and service to the university community and State of Wyoming.
