Employee Instructions

The very first thing all new employees need to do is visit HR on their first day of work with acceptable I-9 documents. HR is located on the 3rd floor of Hill Hall. If it is difficult to find us or you have trouble with your supervisor releasing you to us please contact us at (307)766-2437.
To log into your email or HCM account please use these instructions to get your login information. If you have any troubles please reach out to the IT Help Desk.
All employees are required to complete trainings to gain full access to HCM. These trainings can be found in HCM under the blue learning tile. All required trainings must be completed to gain access.
New Hire Orientation (NEO) is required for all employees. You should be automatically signed up and will cover many topics. If you do not receive information about attending NEO or have more questions afterwards please give us a call at (307)766-2437.
In New Hire Orientation you will be given the checklist you have to require in order to be enrolled in your benefits. If you have any questions or problems with signing up for your benefits please contact

Department Instructions

Departments must send employees to Human Resources 3rd floor on the first day! There is some very important things the employee needs to know and do for the University to avoid being fined.

To gain the access needed to manage your employees you must complete your supervisor training. To access these please go to the blue learning tile on your page in HCM and complete all of the trainings you are assigned.

Please stay in contact with your employee. Make sure they understand the who, what, when, where, and how. Of anything you ask them to do and make it clear they can discuss problems they are having with you. Doing this will save everyone time and effort.
