HELP (Human Resources Employment Law and Policies)

Human Resources has launched a new supervisor training program called HELP. Our online HELP instructional module can be accessed by clicking here, and is open to any employee. To learn more about the HELP discussion session and find out when the next session is, please visit this page.

STEP (Staff Training and Enrichment Program)

Human Resources, in conjunction with Staff Senate, present a new staff training program called STEP. STEP is a training and enrichment program available to UW staff. You must submit an application for participation with your supervisor’s approval. To learn more about STEP, please visit this page.

UW Leadership Academy

UW Leadership Academy is an opportunity for the personal growth of individuals with recognized potential to further the University’s commitment to integrity, scholarship, and service to the university community and State of Wyoming. UW - A Diverse Workplace (OFCCP Training)

This course is a required training for any and all employees involved personnel decisions: All aspects of hiring (including sitting on an interview committee) tenure and promotion, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions including termination. This presentation covers Equal Opportunity Employment, Affirmative Action and specific regulations related to Protected Veteran and Individuals with Disabilities. Click here to register.
