Information for the 2013 Spring College of Health Sciences Commencement Ceremony.

The College of Health Sciences 2013 Commencement ceremony will be held on May 11, 8:30 A.M. in the Arena Auditorium (AA). Graduates should be at the UniWyo Sports Complex by 8:00 A.M. to line up for the processional into the Arena Auditorium that begins promptly at 8:30. It is suggested that all students wear their cap and gown to the Sports Complex. If you are a master's degree or a PharmD graduate, you should carry your hood over your arm. Do not wear your Hood. You will be hooded during the ceremony.

Reader Cards

• Upon arrival at the Sports Complex, you'll be able to pick up your Reader Card. This preprinted card has your name and hometown listed, along with information required by the photographer.
• Tables will be in place with the cards distributed alphabetically by your last name.
• The School of Pharmacy will be located on a separate table in the Complex.

Lining up to graduate

• Once you have your Reader Card, you will line up with other students in your degree program. There will be signs posted identifying where each program is lining up.
• Please do not leave personal items in the Sports Complex, as this area will be unattended during the ceremony.
• After the ceremony, you'll be directed to follow the stage party and faculty up the arena steps where you will be able to meet with your family and friends.

Information for guests

• The Arena Auditorium has unlimited seating for guests. Once inside, guest can enter through portals 7-13 for best viewing of the ceremony.
• Ushers will be at each portal to assist guests.
• Wheelchairs will be available for guest's needs. Ask an usher if you need assistance. Also, handicap parking is available on the east side of the Arena Auditorium.

All graduates and guests are invited to attend a picnic hosted by President Buchanan following the commencement ceremony. The picnic is from 11:00 A.M. to 12:30 P.M. on the concourse of the Area Auditorium.
