Reporting Undetected SPAM and Legitimate Email Detected as SPAM

Users can report SPAM detection errors by forwarding the misdetected message as an attachment to the appropriate address below:

Legitimate mail detected as SPAM:

To forward the misdetected message as an attachment, drag the message into a new email addressed to the appropriate address above. Or, in Outlook 2010 click on the message and then from the Home tab, in the Respond section, click More and select Forward as an Attachment.
