IT User Consultants

User consultants are a component of the IT Help Desk. They are available to answer your computing questions during normal business hours. Each department/location on campus has an assigned user consultant team. University students have a group (Academic Support Unit) dedicated to their special support requests.

Call the IT Help Desk at 766-4357, option 1, for assistance and your call will be routed to the appropriate consultant.
