In Meeting Controls

In Meeting Control is accessible to conference organizers, designated conference controllers and enterprise administrators. To access in meeting controls for any conference, click the Subject of that conference or click the link in the conference e-mail notification.

The control panel contains the following areas and tabs:

• Video Layout and Display - Displays current video layout, and allows a conference controller to adjust video- and display-related settings while a conference is in progress.
• General Conference Display and Controls - Displays general conference information and controls.
• Control Panel Tab - Displays a list of terminals involved in a conference and general status information.
• Participant Statistics Tab - Displays detailed statistics about each participating terminal.

Note: On accessing the control panel, controllers must first click the Take Control button to enable control panel functionality. Only one person may have control at any given time during the meeting.
