Use Microsoft Office and Windows at Home
Information Technology offers the Work At Home program to benefited UW faculty and staff as a part of UW's Microsoft Campus Agreement. The Work At Home (WAH) program allows current faculty and staff to purchase at a discount, install and use Microsoft Office and selected Windows Operating Systems at home for campus-related work. All UW benefitted employees are eligible to purchase and run one (1) copy of each product available through this agreement.
- Work at Home media is available to current UW benefited faculty and staff on the University of Wyoming payroll. If a user is not a paid employee of UW with benefited status, then they are not eligible for Work at Home media.
- Cooperating agency (affiliate) employees are not eligible to receive Work at Home media because they are not paid by UW.
- Adjunct faculty and retirees are not eligible for Work at Home media because they are not current UW faculty or staff.
- Student employees are not eligible for Work at Home media because they are not benefited employees.
Installation CDs/DVDs are yours to keep. The media comes with a key that must be registered to ensure continued functionality.
This offer is effective as long as Campus Agreement is in place, and the licensed individual is employed by the university. The Campus Agreement is in effect through July of each year. As long as Campus Agreement is renewed annually by the university, users can continue to use the software. Users will be required to remove the software from their home machine immediately if their employment with the University of Wyoming ends

There are two options for paying for your Work at Home software. You can pay with a personal credit card online by selecting the Payment Type of Credit Card during the check-out process. You can also send a personal check with your Work at Home agreement in campus mail or drop it off in person at the front desk of the ITC. We will only be accepting checks through April 30, 2013.
In addition to the payment, you will also need to print, complete and sign the Microsoft Work at Home Order Form (www.uwyo.edu/infotech/services/sales/software/WAHform.htm) before receiving the Work at Home software. The original signatures must be on file, so the original must be sent, not a scanned or faxed copy.
