Tips for Viewing Attachments
- To open an attachment, highlight text: attachment in an open email and push in the trackwheel (or trackball, touchpad, etc.). Select: open attachment.
- To view the attachment vertically, roll the trackwheel.
- To view the attachment horizontally, press the ALT key and roll the trackwheel.
| Shortcut Key | Shortcut |
| V | Alternates between Table of Contents and Full Content screens. |
| F | Opens SEARCH mechanism - enter search criteria. Press F for a second time to find the next entry. |
| J | Select with cursor highlighting hyperlink. This will open hyperlink. |
| N | Moves to the next document/spreadsheet. |
| P | Moves back to the previous document/spreadsheet. |
