The UW International Programs Office, in conjunction with the Provost's Office, announces the Spring 2013 Travel Grant Competition. All UW faculty and academic staff are invited to submit proposals for funding of up to $2,000 per projects for travel that will further the goals of internationalization at UW. Average number of funded requests is 6-8 projects per semester, and requested funding usually outstrips available resources 5:1.
- UW academic faculty/staff submit all application materials collated as a single .doc, .docx, or .pdf file via e-mail to her/his department head/chair/director at or before 5:00 p.m. Friday, February 8, 2013.
- Each head/chair/director will prioritize the department's applications and forward them via email to the Dean of your college at or before 5:00 p.m., Friday, February 15, 2013.
- Each Dean prioritizes college applications and sends them, with explanations for the priority ordering, to International Programs Office via email, pflores@uwyo.edu at or before 5:00 p.m., Friday, March 1, 2013.
- The International Programs Office Travel Grants Advisory Committee will review the applications, and awards will be announced on or before Friday, April 5, 2013.
