Graduate Assistantship Information

Graduate Assistantships can carry a full tuition and fee waiver, monthly living stipend, and health insurance. There are full assistantship positions and part-time assistantship positions.

Graduate assistants are assigned various duties such as class preparation, grading, research for faculty members, and office duties. Students are expected to work 18 hours per week. Given the limited number of graduate assistantships, and the strong interest in our graduate program, half-time assistantships are often awarded.
