FLOYD HART MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP

Application Criteria

The Floyd Hart Award is awarded annually to one or two University of Wyoming Freshman who graduate from a Wyoming high school with a minimum 3.0 GPA.  An applicant must be a freshman enrolled in the Division of Kinesiology and Health, College of Health Sciences.  A minimum Fall Semester GPA of 3.0 is required of the scholarship recipient to receive the Spring disbursement of this award.  Each scholarship recipient will receive approximately $500, half to be awarded Fall and half Spring.

• One page written statement that closely addresses the scholarship criteria

• A copy of your most recent academic transcript (an unofficial transcript acceptable)
