KINESIOLOGY & HEALTH PROMOTION FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIP

Application Criteria

 The Kinesiology and Health Promotion Foundation Scholarship is awarded annually to two kinesiology and health majors who demonstrate academic success and have financial need to assist them in furthering their undergraduate education.  Each scholarship recipient will receive approximately $500. 
 

Application Packet

• Scholarship Application Form

• One page written statement that closely addresses the scholarship criteria

• A copy of your most recent academic transcript (an unofficial transcript acceptable)
