GORDON S. & CHARLOTT MYERS HEALTH SCIENCES SCHOLARSHIP

Application Criteria

The Gordon S. and Charlott Myers Health Sciences Scholarship will be awarded to one or more students enrolled in either of the Division's two (K&HP and PHET) undergraduate majors and to one or more students enrolled in the Division's graduate program.  This scholarship is for non-traditional students who will be enrolled full time academic year 2012-2013.

• Scholarship Application Form
• One page written statement that closely addresses the scholarship criteria
• A copy of your most recent academic transcript (an unofficial transcript acceptable)
