Course Overview: A study of the duties of attorneys to their clients, the courts, and the public, under the Model Rules of Professional Conduct, applicable constitutional provisions, statutes and rules, and case law.

Written Assignments: One assignment, done in pairs. The assignment will be worth thirty-four percent of the final grade.
