Course Overview: This course examines the legal and policy issues associated with the increased development of renewable energy resources. Students will explore issues such as integration of renewables into the grid, transmission pricing and siting, the development of renewable portfolio standards, the use of RECs, as well as a host of other legal and policy incentives and barriers to the deployment of renewable energy resources.
