A legal externship is a great way to gain practical legal experience while in law school and earn course credit at the same time. The University of Wyoming College of Law has a robust externship program with many opportunities available. There are a variety of externships available at the College of Law: each one helping you to gain practical legal experience. An externship is with a judge, government agency or a non-profit organization.

There is a simple application process for externships. Prior to the deadline, submit a resume and completed application form. Please supply any supplemental materials noted in the externship description. Deadline for summer and fall 2013 is April 17, 2013.
