Shonu McEchron is a Visiting Professor for 2012-2013.  She has worked at Holland & Hart in Cheyenne. Prior to moving to Wyoming, McEchron was an associate in the business department in Saul Ewing’s Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. office. Her areas of practice included state and federal government contracting, construction, life sciences, commercial & financial transactions and insurance. McEchron counseled corporate and individual clients in several aspects of business, with a concentration in contractual and organizational matters. She has experience in drafting agreements for corporate, government, educational, health, construction, technology, and telecommunications clients. She has also assisted in dispute resolution in the private and public sectors and in performing due diligence for asset-purchase deals and patents. At Saul Ewing, McEchron was an active member of the firm's diversity committee. She was a judicial clerk for the Honorable John F. Cherry in Harrisburg and served as a legal intern for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Office of General Counsel.
