Morgan grew up in Albuquerque, New Mexico. As a sophomore in high school, she decided she would pursue a legal education. Morgan earned her bachelor’s degree in English and Sociology in 2013 at the University of New Mexico. During her time at UNM, she also interned for a public defender and worked with inmates, further encouraging her decision to attend law school.
During her law school career, Morgan has won 2nd place in the Voir Dire Competition, been named to the Dean’s Honor Roll, earned a seat on the Wyoming Law Review Staff, and served as a committee leader for the Women’s Law Forum. Morgan is currently serving as a Student Editor on The Wyoming Law Review Editorial Board and is the Lead Representative for the Barbri Bar Prep Company.
Morgan has been part of the International Human Rights Clinic since May 2016. She wanted to become a Student Director because it would give her the opportunity to work with individual clients and to play a role in the legal processes that change these clients’ lives.
After law school, Morgan hopes to pursue a career in immigration and/or family law because she is passionate about helping people through difficult situations.
